A typical coaching program with Beth is built around 3 months of biweekly online meetings. Clients are encouraged to reserve 1 hour per week for reflection and planning which reinforces their learning. They have access to Beth on an as needed basis for the duration of the coaching program for when high stakes opportunities occur.
